Nearly four months had elapsed since Mark had helped Amanda and Penny celebrate their 40th birthdays. The magic day for him to reach this milestone was close and remembering the threat Penny made that evening he was not surprised to receive the following e mail;
"Hi Mark, hope you are well. Thanks for helping us celebrate our special birthday although not sure I've forgiven you for the ending! Anyway I know your own special day is soon and we can't let the event pass so I hope you are free next Wednesday as Amanda and I have arranged a special surprise for you!"
Mark smiled, he had a good idea that the special surprise would have a messy outcome. However he had nothing planned for the day and his girl friend Emma was not due back from her holiday to Australia for at least another week.

Once Penny received his positive reply she gleefully messaged her best friend Amanda. "All set for Wed he's accepted" which received a smiley emoji response.
Penny had indeed been busy contacting a large number of people who had been involved in messy adventures with Mark over the years and was delighted most were able to attend.

Mark received the details from Penny and arrived on Wednesday at the old warehouse on an industrial estate. He rang the buzzer and was welcomed by Penny wearing a white blouse, black mini skirt, stockings and black heeled shoes. After a hug and kiss on the cheek Penny told Mark to enter a side room to change. His worst fears returned as he saw a white short sleeve shirt, cream chinos and white briefs, as normal when arranged by Penny a size too small!
Unaware at the moment of anyone else present Mark changed and entered the main room which had a large paddling pool with a white chair placed in the middle. To his left he saw a small desk and chair whilst to his right was the gunge tank with perspex sides that he had seen many times before. In the far corner was a dunk tank full of water.

A familiar voice (Amanda) boomed out "Mr Lee welcome to your special occasion. Today you are being tried at the court of Judge Penny. You have been accused of getting numerous ladies messy and wet over the years."
Penny emerged at this point wearing a wig and robe over her previous attire and sat down behind the desk. Behind her appeared a severe looking Amanda sporting a pair of glasses and wearing a knee length black dress.
Penny nodded towards Mark "Welcome to my court. Amanda is the prosecuting counsel today. I'm afraid you do not have a Defence Barrister, nor indeed are you able to cross examine any of the witnesses. Your all female jury is behind the glass screen watching the proceedings."
Mark noticed a glass petition unaware that sitting behind this two way glass were a number of girls known to him, itching to get further revenge.
Penny continued " as has been announced Mark Lee you have been charged with serious and messy activities against females. How do you plead?"
"Not guilty" was his hopeful reply. "I seem to recall I suffered more than most" he added hopefully.
"Silence" responded Penny enjoying her power. " It is not you to judge, that is my job. Amanda please call your first witness"

"I call Dani and Vicki" said Amanda as a cherry noise from behind the screen announced the arrival of blonde bikini clad Dani and wearing a revealing white mini dress the brunette Vicki. "Please tell us your experience Dani" said Amanda smiling at Mark.
" Well we worked together on a gameshow called 'Pies and Prizes' and initially it was Mark who took the punishment. After all nobody wants to see pretty girls in bikinis get messy " Dani added with a grin.
"Yes" continued Vicki "until Mark felt we should be the victims and one show we got completely messy".
Boos could be heard from behind the screen.
"Shocking behaviour" said Penny. "I think he should be taught a lesson".
A smiling Amanda approached Mark holding a tray with four cream pies. Firstly Dani moved towards him.
"Hi handsome you really shouldn't have got my tin y bikini messy" moving her hands seductively down her body before slamming a pie into his startled face, followed by another pie placed down on his head. Vicki then moved towards him and from the side delivered a pie sandwich either side of his head to squeals of delight from the two girls.
"What should we do next members of the jury?" asked Penny.
"Dunk him, dunk him" was the loud reply from behind the screen.
Needing little encouragement Dani and Vicki guided Mark to the seat above the dunk tank. He wiped some cream from his eyes but only to see both girls press the target sending Mark flying into the water which unsurprisingly was rather cold. At least thought Mark he could see clearly again but felt this could be a long day.

"Call your next witness please Amanda" said Judge Penny.
"I call Anna who will join Dani". Up rushed tall blonde Anna wearing a yellow micro bikini and immediately hugged Anna.
"We were unable to contact Gemma and Katrina the other poor victims of 'Messy Money' but Anna please tell us your experience"
The attractive blonde looked at Mark. " Well the four girls were employed to appear on the show devised by Mark. Each week we were pied and gunged". Cries of 'shame' from the jury. "Mind you we de get some revenge at his expense at the end" giggled Anna.
" But I still think he pied us more" added Dani.
Penny nodded as Amanda handed the girls another tray of 4 pies who happily smashed them into his face without any hesitation.
"What should we do next members of the jury?" as the shout of "dunk him" was the cue for Anna and Dani to march Mark to the tank. Dani used a towel to wipe his eyes but only to enable him to see the bikini clad duo wave as they pushed the target sending him hurtling into the water again.

Once again Mark re emerged his sodden shirt and trousers clinging to his body. Amanda called her next witness. A similar pattern then followed as blonde Sam and tall brunette Mandy his co workers at S4U , the promotions company set up by Penny emerged. Both girls wore their matching uniforms of tightly fitting white t shirts and pink hot pants recounting experiences of being messed up in Marks presence. Their revenge came in the shape of two pies plus a jug each of custard which they happily poured over Marks head, before another visit to the dunk tank. Mark did ask Sam if she wished to join him but her response was a smile and a push on the target sending him to his watery fate.

The next couple to gain revenge were Tiffany the tall willowy blonde receptionist from S4U and Tanya who had been introduced to WAM by Mark except she had never had the opportunity until now of revenge. Tanya was especially delighted to cover him with two pies and jugs of custard and yoghurt. She smiled "I think I prefer giving than receiving" looking intently at Mark.
Tiffany meanwhile contented herself with two pies firmly placed into his face. Once again a dunking followed as the water steadily became more murky.

When Amanda announced the next witness was Jane, Penny became slightly agitated as the two ladies were initially seen as rivals for Marks affection. But Jane did not hold a grudge, at least towards her, but made it plain that the restaurant scene she endured was unpleasant.
"Perhaps you could remind us what happened" asked Amanda innocently. Jane wearing a low cut top and blue jeans grinned as she proceeded to demonstrate from the trolley conveniently placed near Mark, containing a bowl of tomato soup, a dish of spaghetti, a large cream pie and jig of cream, all of which Jane deposited over Mark's head shirt and trousers. Even Penny struggled not to laugh. Carefully Mark was led again to the dunk tank by Jane who milking the moment counted down '3 2 1' before pressing the target catapulting him once again into the water. He emerged with clothes ruined.
Penny smirked " you had better remove your shirt and trousers but keep your pants on, at least for now!" grinning at his embarrassment.
Mark resumed his position on the white chair as the female jury members whooped with delight.

"Ladies of the jury please show some respect for the victim, I mean accused" said Penny exchanging a wink with Amanda. "Please call your next victims or should I add alleged victims".
"I call Becky, Rachel and Abbie from the FKUC of Performing Arts."
Oh dear thought Mark, the College Principle he had tricked into a gunging, his star student with whom he had demonstrated the art of pie throwing and the sexy Catering staff member who seemed excited at getting involved with messy fun.
Firstly Becky (Principle) conservatively dressed in a green trouser suit explained how the College had generated massive publicity and income from their end of term review and fund raising event. She was however disappointed that Mark had rigged things to gunge her. Amanda smiling provided Becky with two jugs of custard which she slowly tipped over his head before stepping back to admire her work.
Next to approach was blonde former student Rachel wearing cut off denim shorts and white v neck top. "Mark was very helpful in showing me how to take pies to the face and body" she added sarcastically, as she demonstrated her knowledge by pieing him in the face and delivering a pie sandwich. " In fact I recently attended an audition for a childrens TV show where I got pied, so cheers Mark"
Then Abbie approached Mark with a wicked grin on her face. The cute attractive blonde in a figure hugging blue mini dress said "Mark introduced me to WAM and it was fun. Apart from my College job I now work for a producer of custom videos" stroking his chin and clearing mess from his eyes. Watching her closely Mark saw Abbie return pushing a trolley "Some presents from our Catering Department" she added before pouring a container of cake mix over his head, followed by a jug of chocolate sauce tipped over his body as she held open his waistband of his briefs allowing the chocolate to drip inside. "We don't seem to need any more pies now you've left Mark, but here's one I made especially for you" as she slammed a large pie into his face rotating it around. She whispered in his ear "and if you want a private session I'm very reasonable" giving him a playful dig in the ribs.
Completely engulfed in mess Mark was assisted to the tank by Abbie and Rachel giving him little time to settle as Becky pressed the target button submerging him again.

Mark was exhausted but realised his ordeal had not ended as Amanda announced her next witness was Julie the third and most timid of the Monday WAM Revenge Club. Julie emerged wearing a yellow polka dot dress. Invited to speak by Amanda she almost apologetically explained that Mark had ruined her outfit caking her with pies and gunge. Penny tutted " what would you like to do Julie?". She smiled "I think these jugs would help" as she picked up the first one and teasingly very slowly poured the custard over his head before following up with a jug of blue gunge covering Mark completely. Mark slowly wiped away the gunge from his face but only to see Julie smack a cream pie firmly into his face. The jury followed this with their familiar chant of 'dunk him' as Julie led the bedraggled Mark to his seat. She mouthed 'enjoy' followed by a wink as she pressed the button as again Mark plummeted into and under the water.

"Well your honour that was our last witness" announced Amanda.
"Oh what a shame" replied Penny before reverting to her role. "Ladies of the jury do you find the accused guilty or not guilty?"
"Guilty" was the inevitable roar from the jury as they emerged in front of him.
"It is my duty to pronounce sentence. Mark Lee you will be taken to the far wall where you will be further humiliated with 12 pies one for each member of the jury". With a nod to the girls Mandy, Sam, Anna and Vicki picked up the protesting Mark and carried him to the far wall. Penny continued "before we secure him I feel he is over dressed" as a happy Jane took responsibility of removing his semi destroyed briefs. An admired look from the girls as despite the humiliation he sported a full erection.
The girls continued with their task securing Mark to a 6' x6' sheet of plywood his hands outstretched tp the sides and feet placed about 3' apart securing his ankles and wrists with tape. Completely helpless he was spread-eagled in front of the laughing girls.
God he thought what a way to celebrate a birthday!
Penny must have read his thoughts " any last words before your punishment begins?"
"I suppose a birthday kiss is out of the question" he winked at Penny.
The cheeky smile soon disappeared as Penny discarding her wig and robe thrust a pie in his face swiftly followed by 3 or 4 more.
He heard Penny say "Amanda you presented your case so well you should also have some fun" as Amanda twisted two more pies in his face.
He then heard Julies voice say "oh dear he cant see" as she wiped his eyes clear with a towel. But only to see his tormentor in chief Penny rub two more pies into his chest and stomach. She then held a pie close to his crotch and looking at Amanda mouthed 'shall I, shan't I'. Bracing himself Mark was surprised that in fact the next pie attacked his butt followed by a teasing Penny rub two more pies around his upper thighs. Eventually she then mouthed "happy birthday" before covering his cock and balls with another pie moving the cream up and down his penis. Mark winced with pain and pleasure before suffering a final pie sandwich from her to the face to loud cheers from the girls.
Penny thoroughly herself continued " Ladies I do believe Mark needs cleaning up before the Gunge Tank". Stepping smartly out of the way the bikini clad pair of Dani and Anna together with Rachel completely soaked Mark each hurling a bucket of cold water over him together, as he screamed with shock.

A refreshed Mark was then led by Tiffany and Tanya to sit under the gunge tank which had been filled with a combination of green and yellow gunge. Penny announced "I know how you enjoyed gunging us in the past and you have suffered many gungings yourself. However we have something special for you today".
At that moment Mark saw his stunning blonde haired girl friend Emma appear wearing a red mini dress sashaying towards him.
"I thought you were in Oz" he replied stunned.
"And miss your special birthday surprise! I've been watching from behind the screen" pointing an accusing finger at him " and you have some explaining about your activities, but that can wait" as she gave his penis an encouraging rub.
Mark grinned but only for a second as Emma released the lever covering Mark in a combination of green and yellow gunge covering him from head to foot. When the torrent had ceased Mark wiped his eyes but only to see Penny, Amanda, and Emma each armed with a bucket of red, purple and blue gunge which in unison to a cry of "Happy Birthday" they hurled over him leaving a multi coloured resemblance of a human being sliding onto the floor .
Wow he thought what a day. Still there's some catching up later with Emma as he dragged himself for a well deserved shower.
