As an example, say you are on your way back to your car, or walking home from the grocery store.... all of the sudden, your friend pulls up and throws a pie in your face.... do you playfully run after them laughing and trying to cover them in the same mess? Do you get mad because your clothes got ruined? Or do you just accept defeat, and let them continue your humiliation right in public?

Or do you hide in the corner and look frightened, and look for a tiny closet to hide in?

What I'm trying to say is ;

1. are you spontaneous with your fetish, or are you content with the comfort of your privacy and self play?
2. How strong are your fantasies, and if so, would you ever act on them if you had the chance? 3. What would be an immediate deal-breaker?

When I was younger, I would be terrified of public WAM events, and to this day I have great regrets for avoiding them and great sexual fantasies about public WAM. It was mostly because that I would be out-ed in a public setting, that people would know about my WAM fetish.

I voted only if I say yes - In theory I'd love to think I could go for it anywhere but in reality there are plenty of things that would put me off or just be too overwhelming.

The public wam at the tiswas event in 2008 (or was it 2009?) was excellent because during the free for all at the end, everyone was fully informed and consenting, and anyone wanting to stay clean had an opportunity to hightail it out of there. I wouldn't have a problem with getting wammed or wamming with other people in public or at a party, but only so long as:

1. Everyone there was aware it is a fetish. Doesn't mean they all have to be into it but involving others in fetish play that they don't realise *is* fetish play is an absolute hard no.

2. Everyone has a change of clothes and there are wash-off facilities. While to some of us the idea of going home messy might be a bit of a thrill, that will rapidly fade when confronted with the reality of not wanting to trash the interior of your car or not being allowed in taxis or on public transport, and a freezing wind blowing.

3. There has been discussion beforehand and everyone is there willingly and knowing what may happen to them, and that anyone unhappy has the option to leave at any time.

Now, in a more personal situation with an informed and fully consenting play partner things can be more spontaneous. I'm a very private person by my nature and so is my wife. Public wam is not something we would be interested in, regardless of circumstances.
