My friend's mom (who is/was definitely a bit of a milf) wore a maxi dress to a school ceremony a couple years back that she looked rather attractive in to say the least. To the point where I'll admit that a couple times I pictured her in that dress in my mind and used that mental image to get off. But I digress.
It's tough to put into words, but maybe the summation of everything? I'm attracted to who someone is as a person and how well they're able to manage life as an actual adult, which isn't a visual per se. But visuals can still be a window into how someone handles themselves and is part of the overall package.
Cop-out but just being more put together which can really be pulled off in a lot of ways. I've experienced a pretty good correlation between that and adulting which is pretty hot
. Legs and overall figure are a thing for me and a lot of the time that comes out better in a dress or skirt with a more fitted top, so I'll go with that. It's a good visual that gets my attention.

My tastes have grown and expanded a lot over the years to the point where I can now appreciate a vast range of outfits I'd never have considered back in the day. But beneath it all, if just dressing someone for my own personal pleasure, then the core is still plain and practical stuff. I've always loved the concept of action women and am a lifelong believer in sex equality, so to me the ideal woman has always been someone who can build her own farmhouse and fix her own tractors, and dresses accordingly.
I also love outfits that really show off a woman's figure, so catsuits, disco pants, high waist jeans (low rise are abomination), tight running pants with a crop top or sports bra. And anything that really shows off the shape of a woman's bottom, something well fitted boilersuits are very good at. I also love the sporty looks, running gear as mentioned above, and shiny sports shorts, and have always found plain, sever uniforms, like nurses, or anything with plain knee-length skirts, very sexy.

There are several specific pieces or types of clothing that I find arousing/sexy, and it does depend somewhat on the guy wearing them (and whether or not it seems authentic rather than costume).
But, generally speaking, I like either really dark and inky blue-black or really faded/worn jeans (snug but not crazy tight), gray slacks (also snug but not crazy tight), tan corduroys (once again, snug but not crazy tight), plaid flannel shirts, fun/novelty boxers, black boxer briefs, classic white jockstraps, dark blue coveralls (especially if there's only a pair of boxers or a jockstrap...or even nothing...underneath it), leather work boots, baseball jerseys, and some ball caps.

They go well with the work and going out stuff I wear in scenes, but since I'm always scraping up my legs from yard work they see regular life action to cover that stuff up anyway.

In the 60's cotton voile minidresses were fashionable. Very thin and almost(!) transparent dresses such as these were particularly effective when worn with only a brief pair of panties and heels.
cant say there's any particular one type of clothing that i like to see on women in a non-wam context. i just have a broad taste for feminine clothing. skirts and dresses, tights/stockings/hosiery, bike short/leggings/tight activewear, hotpants/booty shorts/daisy dukes, etc etc etc. same with costumes/uniforms etc.

Since a young age, I've especially found Hawaiian shirts very aesthetically appealing. I always find myself taking a second glance when I see someone wearing one. I suppose on a subconscious level it gives me the impression that they are laid-back and fun to be around, which adds to the appeal. So as a result, I always look forward to the summer.

I'm a die-hard fashionista, so for me many styles inspire me to get wet. I love seeing people express themselves in the way that is unique to them, and I think every body type has something sexy to offer the eyes, so I love seeing people wearing outfits that accentuate their body and their personality. I love seeing men dressed in women's clothing, or lingerie. Not in drag, but simply a man dressed in women's clothing. Sometimes I want him to feel humiliated by it, but more so, if he feels sexy dressed that way, that confidence REALLY turns me on. Dr. Frankfurter from Rocky Horror completely changed my brain on what is sexy.

I've always had a MASSIVE thing for the dress/jean jacket combo (a lady in a maxi dress and a jean jacket at church is how my thing for maxi dresses actually started).
I just saw a video on reddit of Marjorie Taylor-Greene delivering some speech in what looked like a dress and a jean jacket and for a hot second I thought she had just ruined a clothing combo that's gotten me going for years now (like, one of the photos of my girlfriend I beat it to the most is of her in a t shirt dress and a Jean jacket before work right when we first started dating) and I audibly breathed a sigh of relief when it panned out and she stepped away from the podium and was in a jean jacket with a top and pants.
