Simple question for this month's poll: What is your favorite pie to see on the screen?
As in, how do you like your pies to look?
No need to complicate things! So just assume that:
- The delivery method of the pies to the recipient is not important here (and will be a different poll in the future! - Any amount of pies - Any color you want if you select an answer with color - Any filling you want if you select an answer with filling - Crust or no crust for any answer - Pies can be shaving cream, cool whip, or whatever for any answer. What the pie is made of isn't the point - I didn't want to add any 'both' answers for this one
Sound off in the comments with what you like and why!

That's going to be just the cream on tin or plate.
In my experience over the years, colored pies are a deal-breaker for most of the audience. Not sure why, but your poll certainly bears that out.
The only scene I did with colored pies that sold really well was the Chega Mais parody, but that was 100% because the pies needed to match the look of that show.
I don't really mind colored pies. In fact, I think they can actually be really cool looking, like the old PieFightGirls videos from the 90s. But generally, I prefer regular, white pies with no fillings.

I don't understand this. Neil Edwards always had great results with his.
Not to be fussy, but I like all pies, all colours of pie, with or without a filling, with or without a crust.... I'm not saying that all pies are created equal, but to me, it's more important what you do with the pie, how it is delivered, and where.... you know what I mean

I've personally never really loved, nor fully understood, colored pies.
Now, have I bought and/or been turned on by colored pies?
Of course. I'm not a complicated man...
But it wasn't until i got to UMD that i even really saw pies that were colored.
I was, in particular, never a big fan of the butter creams that were different colors, even down to the texture to some degree. There were some nice smears here and there, but they always made me think of cake and I was like "Well, why not just use cake, then?"
On the other hand, I suppose I'd much rather have a thicker, creamier pie that was brightly colored, than a foam pie or something that basically was like wilting shaving foam or soap suds and thus seems to dissipate before one's eyes/what-even-is-the-point?
Several producers have really challenged my thoughts on colored pies because of how downright beautiful, creative, colorful the mess has gotten -- to the point it becomes erotic art as much as anything.
But there are a handful of things in life I'm a traditionalist about, and your classic white cream pie is one of 'em.
I honestly don't like the "filling" too much. It makes all the pies seem very similar to me. Colorful pies give some variation. Crusts can come in different types/colors.
For me, it's all about weight and sloppiness. I'm not overly-fond of shaving foam, as it tends to be light and fluffy and sometimes falls right off. But a very deep, larger diameter pie with real whipped cream and other heavy pie fillings, and nice and heavy and wet, that's my favorite, as it splatters and does a LOT of 'damage' to the recipient. Usually the coverage is awesome too, with large globs slowly running down the victim's body after the hit. These have always been my favorites.

Because of the silent films and 3 Stooges, all of which were in black and white?
Unnatural colored pies are a no from me. Not really a fan of shaving cream either.
Ideal pie would be whipped cream or cool whip on top, vanilla or chocolate pudding-ish filling, and a non-graham cracker crust. I like to eat graham cracker crusts, but when they smash on impact it kind of reminds me of sand?
