I am in need of some good, strong, sharp medical scissors to dispose of shoes, handbags, clothing etc. Anyone got any ideas? Tried the biggest shopping site but many reviews aren't that good. Thought here was the most likely to provide good information. Thanks.
For cutting materials safely on a person, I would suggest having a look into what people who are into rope/shibari play are using, as for them, having a reliable and safe way to cut bindings quickly can be really important. I would reccomend looking at (they are often the smaller ones) companies that specialise in it, as they will have most likely looked at quite a few different types of EMT sheers and found one that is reliable, and works well.
Just a word of warning, if cutting leather, denim or similar materials, it can dull the blade a lot quicker than cutting thin materials.
If not cutting on a person, and just cutting on the side, something like a stanley knife with replaceable blades may be a better option (and be cheaper in the long term too)
Thanks. I use a knife when I am playing alone but this time someone else will be doing the cutting so as it is on me I feel safety is important! Thanks for the suggestions.

medical sissors then, theres always a small risk with cutting, you could always use a safety knife
I have safety scissors for helping models get started with a clothes rip, or for cutting bondage rope etc
They are very tough and pretty sharp, the safety aspect is just they don't have a stabby, pointy end. They have cut through a multilayered wedding gown, saturated rope, suede boots and various other things.
