The woman is called Cris Sousa but I just noticed that basically every mention of this scene including the scene itself has vanished from the confines of the internet thankfully I snatched it from Youtube months ago
Someone asked about the third photo in my earlier post: It's Sky, one of MostWam's regular models. But this one was a collaboration with Rev. Slymsford and sold here. In fact, the URL is in the photo!
And while I'm here, a few more from my collection. And I haven't even gotten all the way through my "formal" folder yet!

GIFs I've seen are usually small dimensions. I'd rather buy the video or "animate" the stills myself. (I use Adobe Bridge to look at pictures, so moving from one to another is easy.)

In several of the photos I posted, you have to take my word that it was the last moment before the pie hits, because sometimes the victim managed not to "telegraph" the impending hit.
