So, I finally convince my wife to play a messy game with shaving cream dares and pies, yet last time I delivered shavin cream to her face her eyes stung like hell..I know because I've been there, which is a real turn-off actually and it might bother for the rest of the evening and she consider not doing this again.
So my question goes out to all you professional wammers out there, how to remove the sting from shaving cream?
P.S: Gillette sensitive skin- hurts like hell, and I don't like whipped cream pies..
You don't. while shaving is good fun to use, it feels good and looks great, personally I think it stings or burns the skin so prefer not to use it. At the moment I prefer betty crocker icing. its expensive but sticks well even if does take a while to get off after a session.
Cheapo Barbasol smells bad and stings, as does Gillette sensitive skin as you've found.
My go-to shaving cream (which is my mess of choice) is the Gillette red can. It barely smells and it doesn't really sting. I commonly pie myself with it and it both works great and doesn't sting. Highly recommended.
Hydrochloric acid is said to neutralize the stinging agents found in shaving cream, just be sure to use the weapon's grade version of it and use a plastic pie tin.
(note: this is parody/humor/comedy. Do not do this)
Using Gillette if doesn't sting as much, as mentioned before it had sat out for a while too. The problem for me arises when you add water. The foam itself doesn't sting, but mix it with water(like when you're showering afterwards) and you've got to be pretty careful to keep your eyes shut tight until you've fully washed down your face, absolutely removing every trace, otherwise get ready for the sting ( and feeling of tiredness after).

Thanks Norman. That was awfully nice of you to suggest that me and jhub are shaving cream experts!
We have experimented with nearly every kind and we prefer Barbasol shaving cream. I guess I've been lucky but I've rarely had any problems with eye irritation. I know one thing we always do; we heat the cans up in a bath of hot water and let them sit for about 10 minutes. When the cream comes out of the can it has more of a liquidy consistency, similar to cool whip. If I use those pies right away they have a great splat and the cream is nice and warm!:lovestruck:
Thanks evryone for your helpful feedbacks and replies, I will it out and let you know...wish me luck And thank you Piegirlkay for your tip, will try it out for sure
We've been talking with Clown Julie, who has suggested shaving sticks instead of cream.
The cream can sting your eyes, but we've found cleanup is a lot easier, and it doesn't ruin our costumes. Learning timing and closing your eyes tight seems to work best for us.
