I just received a message from Judy of Pied Pinays telling me that they have been having major internet problems and have not been able to deliver videos to customers. They are trying to get it fixed in the next 24 hours and will do their best to resume communications and fill orders.

They are probably stretched what with their book club, & I know it's been tough for them since 'This Morning With..' was cancelled
Jokes aside, after the eulogising last week, I pinged them an email, & a PM, and have had no reply, so this puts that into some kind of context. Thank-you
Just heard from Judy again, emailing from an Internet cafe. She asked that anyone who is waiting on a video or has any concerns email her at Jodalyn.ahern@gmail.com. That way she can try to also send the video link which has not been working. Apparently there has been an area wide internet outage and it will take another day to fix!
I can also confirm that they are having problems with their internet connection. I received an e-mail from Judy today explaining the situation and the videos I have ordered will be forthcoming.
Having travelled the Philippines earlier this year I can clearly recall the frustrating nature of using the internet out there at times. In one out of the way place I waited 25 minutes for a page to load. It was really painful for a sports fan
