I have a recurring streaming subscription, that says it expired and gives me the option to renew it on UMD. When I fill in my info, Epoch says I already have one and everything is good. But no way to access it on here. Any thoughts?

Is UMD asking you to renew it or Epoch? I'd get in touch with MM and see what he says.
