Just got 54 notifications for what should have been 4 things. And way I can prevent this? Did I set something up wrong? Pic for reference so you can see what I'm talking about. I've had duplicates before, but never 15 for the same item. The one shown in the picture has hit 27 times and still coming.

Any luck restoring Inbox messages? Mine all gone before today, they were all there adter intial update.
