Some of you may have seen I had to prematurely announce something MJD and I were secretly working on due to another thread mentioning a similiar subject! Well yes it's true we are going to try and attempt to re-create some of the Splosh style features as a tribute to Bill/Clive and you might see some of the legends from the Splosh days shooting with me! I won't say who yet as we haven't contacted all the legendary ladies yet and there is a lot to do and decide on how we do it etc to keep everyone happy. I don't want to upset anyone either who was involved with Splosh so if anyone has anything to say please just send me a private message to my UMD inbox. Also I'd be grateful for feedback as to whether or not this is a nice fun idea or not and which Splosh ladies were favourites! In the meantime Trouso has made me this beautiful tribute cover so I hope you like it!
This is such a brilliant idea. The original SPLOSH magazine was such fun. The stories from readers wives. The photos of readers wife. All the wet n messy news Products to try out The special feature of a beautiful lady getting trashed. The humor and lightheartedness The comedy sketch Sammy Jane... Silly Gilly Sampson... absolutely legendary. . Soon to be joined by Messy Jessie
As the proud owner of all 40 original first run issues of the magazine, I say this is a brilliant idea, and look forward to see who you were able to contact and convince to muck about once again.
Great idea and a fine tribute to those who helped so many of us realise we were not alone in our fetish. If you could persuade Samantha-Jane Homden and Louise Hodges back to join you that would be better still. Good luck and great to see you back in the swing of things.
Thanks everyone. Another great Mike idea then! I'm dying to say who we've spoken to already but can't although you have named some with more on there to talk to! My fear (because I always worry!) has been we'll go to loads of effort and then it won't sell but I'm really encouraged by the response here and on Twitter/Facebook and a few inbox messages! A few people have asked why my 'Laurel and Hardy style expression' photo is from. It's this one https://jessica25.umd.net/download_info/roxye-revenge-on-jessie
Or how about newsreader Davina in "Hot Coffee & Sticky Buns".. another one of the all time classics.. the treacle coverage at the end is just simply amazing
SPLOSH changed my life and helped me embrace my WAM interests. Having a super-hottie like Jessie recreate SPLOSH style shoots will BE EPIC! The pic progression below is the single most influential WAM pics of my life.
I wholeheartedly agree with all the previous comments I like many of the contributors have or have had Splosh magazines and it to think that you may recreate a modern version would be absolutely fantastic
I think Mike owes me a few pies (he usually does and snuffles of my neck and blonde hair!!) because I,before I saw the actual magazines and understood the spirit of Splosh honestly thought nobody would be interested in a magazine now everyone can buy downloads etc He kept saying I didn't understand what Splosh means to so many people and back when he was with Jo Bache just how expensive the video's were and how hard it was to get the magazine and video's. I never even knew but I can see now that it must have been amazing for you all to suddenly realise other people liked the Wet and Messy fun and well as yourselves. Mike was really fond of Bill too. I honestly didn't know this would be so well received and Mike kept saying that people would feel very affectionate and nostalgic in regard to us at least trying to pay some sort of tribute to Bill Shipton. I now am a bit anxious that we'll be able to do it all justice but seeing Trouso's magazine cover tribute with me on it has made me really emotional and I want to really try and make this happen. Our intention was to film with some of the Legends one last time but maybe we COULD have fun with some of the other features just for fun like the readers letters etc I must also say thankyou to Saturation Hall/Dungeon Master for his kind words and encouragement. I'm really excited now and think it might bring a lot of fun to the UMD. Trouso has done such an ace job with that mag cover so who knows what we achieve doing similar pics as a Splosh story or whatever! Also if anyone hasn't cost any Splosh mags or is missing a certain number we have quite a lot in stock starting at £15 posted in the UK plus the impossible to get no's 1-6 and 7/8 at £20 each!

Oh, absolutely this! I spent the best part of 20 years convinced I was the only person on the entire planet who wanted to see women getting wet and messy fully clothed. I remember once asking a video vendor in Amsterdam if he had any mud wrestling scenes where the girls had clothes on instead of nude or bikinis, he looked at me as if I'd asked for a deep fried atom bomb on a stick! Then in 95 I bought a modem, connected to this weird "Internet" thing, and after some searches managed to run into Rob Blaine. And the rest is history. But I'll never forget that amazing moment of discovering there were actually other people out there into the same thing I was, and enough of them you could actually make and sell content, instead of scraping the gleanings from tapes of TV game shows and the odd movie clip. Seeing a woman play one of the water games in their nice trouser uniforms was a highlight of the week, and Noel's House Party, Get Your Own Back, On Safari, and others, were absolute gifts from the gods. My awakening of course was Tiswas but we didn't have a VCR back then.
I also remembering ordering my first ever WAM video, from Rob. It cost fifty quid, I paid by cheque, and it arrived six weeks later after the various banks had gone through their labyrinthine international settlement processes, and then the VHS tape, recorded in PAL from a High-8 master, shipped by air-mail.
That was 21 years ago. Not that long, really, but how the world has changed!
Splosh! was that shining beacon in common with all we 'Generation X' -ers. Our adult lives beginning thinking we were alone in having this 'affliction' about women and gunge and custard pies. Otherwise relying on videos of mainstream movies and Television - and literally waiting years for a decent messy scene; guiltily secreting VHS compilations. Utter frustration
It's interesting, also, how Splosh! evolved out of the very British 'seaside' comedy of the post war: Carry On films; On The Buses and The Confessions series of feature films - the slapstick comedy of desire and socio-sexual inadequacy. The Splosh! films became a tribute to this as an all female messy mele - with jokes!
Bill frequently commented that this alliance with comedy was crucial as it made the sexual fetish far more acceptable, fun and even something to enjoy socially as well as within healthy sexual relationships.
Well we are gonna have a really good go. I'll get shot again but we had looked at memberships and seen it was really paying so switched to download only but Mike had said we could do 'something' to give loyal customers some sort of Jessie 'club' or membership of something that gave a few special treats including an annual meet and greet with me and a bit of wamming fun or whatever and poss an anunnual fee than triggered discounts etc and he had said we could possibly do Splosh style 'camera club' type shoots. I think the main message for me is that there is great affection and nostalgia for Splosh and actually with Bill gone it's not exactly a replacement of an irreplaceable product that but certainly a really well done tribute and a good effort made by somebody established in WAM to provide some memories and new stuff in that Splosh tradition. If the girls from the 90's feel ok with it all too then it would provide for some fun films. Honestly thanks for supporting this because I've felt pretty shit and useless for the last fortnight despite Mike saying it's ok and I have to get over the accident. Seeing that Splosh cover with me on it has really been the boost of the month!

That sounds like a good idea. I imagine it must be difficult to strike a balance between people would who prefer a membership-based site and those who'd like to purchase clips individually
Mike's just said our best bet with all this is firstly for me not to panic which is easier said than done and is to for you steadily re-add the whole archive to Messy Jessie (which will be a new website within the next 3 months)and the UMD store whilst slowly releasing new scenes and then try and a Splosh scene/actress per month and then in conjunction with the new website introduce some sort of Jessie special members club. Every he said ir organised so far re. my bills etc and in fact the business has worked so far so over the next year I do believe it's doable. He's also said he's really pleased with fond reaction to Splosh and it is EXACTLY the emotional reaction he wanted to see and he says that whilst we will have the core Messy Jessie business that itself needs to have concentrated effect on the usual Messy stuff but also do a bit more wetlook/bondage/foot fetish/wellys/rainwear etc we can deffo build something in the spirit of Splosh BUT once we put a framework together the Splosh project/MJ club/whatever it is can actually have a bit of a UMD/Splosh family feel to it. So we will take idea's from people and feedback etc and his main message is don't worry what the idea is,just say it and then let us have the year or so to what is and isn't possible. How does all that sound?
Splosh has something of a mythical status for me. I discovered that sploshing was a thing as the Internet was becoming a thing, and I think I found the Splosh forum some time before the UMD. I saw plenty of snipits from the magazine online, but never got my hands on an actual copy. I think it would have been hard to explain to my parents or my uni housemates.
I always loved how fun it all looked though, and I think Jessie would have been perfect for it if it was still going. And now I guess it kind of is! I can't wait to see the results, and sign me up for Jessie Club too.

Yeah that scene was amazing, apparently the cameraman wasn't expecting the over the head shot at the end as Davina had said earlier she wasn't keen to do it. Then she did and the start was missed
Makes her scenes even more amazing when you realise she was a uni student just doing this for laughs and not a pro model. Her voice was so sexy.
No chance of her being contacted though which is a shame
This is all brilliant feedback thanks and yes Saffron I will do some rainwear stuff and would love to have sone sent by you. I've seen the model Davina in the mags and I on video. She has a very innocent but then naughty demeanour to her! Funny she was Davina and a student just like my little sister Davina was back then! Maybe I need to find Davina the 3rd! In the 2/3 weeks I've been back looking at everything I think I've felt a bit flat about the business and been nervous of how the new films would go down. This Splosh aspect though is making me more entusiastic though and is something to aim at. Mike has said we should roll with it,make it as much fun as we can and I mustn't get upset if I can't every single person on UMD with what we do and if any of the ex Splosh models say no to filming/doing an interview etc then again I shouldn't get upset but be proud that we've done something about Splosh! In a way I feel like we already have just by talking about it and seeing Trouso's amazing Messy Jessie Splosh cover! The high res file prints out really well on photo paper! I'm actually getting one framed and put on my wall,I'm proud of it so thanks again Trouso! If anyone wants one printed out I'm sure we could one for you and I'll the back for you for say,a tenner! Might pay for a Christmas present for one of the kids and let me send Trouso a thankyou drink (even though he has asked for zero from me!) Also I've still got about 27 copies of Splosh left to flog including the rare 1-8 copies if anyone wants them!
