Now there's a thought, self and partner dressed in one-piece swimsuits. Liberally fill each others' swimsuits with creme eggs, front and back, making sure most of them slip down to the trunk area. Then, pull on running pants, base-layer top, waterproofs over those, and wellies. Go for a long walk in the country. Everyone gets deliciously squidgy together as the chocolate shells melt and the goo inside liquefies, but nothing shows from outside. Return home, remove waterproofs, custard bath together. Mmmmm, how do you wear yours?

Sweetened condensed milk makes a fairly good visual replacement.
It's somewhat expensive for the amount sold, but can be made at home, if you're not afraid to get in the kitchen.
For an actual replication, you can make liquid fondant, which is boiled water and powdered sugar. Easy enough in theory, but it seems that it's really finicky, and may require more exactness than a noob in a kitchen can achieve, if making from scratch. Premade liquid (pourable) fondant is available, too.
