Trouble is getting girls to that stage is tricky, I used to post long adverts explaining exactly what the job is, fetish and everything. We would get loads of girls reply, loads.
Problem is, I think, hardly any of them took the time to read the whole advert, they saw, MONEY, MODELLING and that seems to be all they read. So then they tell their friends or boyfriends that they were going to be a model, they then get teased for what the job is. Then rather than coming back to us for Lisa to have the chat mentioned above, they ghost us, just stop replying to messages. I fucking hate ghosting, so rude. Just say you don't want to do it anymore, FFS.
We do now have quite a good success rate recruiting girls, but we have developed a system that gets girls to the Lisa chat a lot more quickly. Not to mention, a fair few of our girls have friends who want to do it.

i gotta start looking in nashville. im only an hour away from there! or just go down there and wear a tshirt that says "will wam for food money......for the month" lol XD nashville rocks but sadly we still have the bible belt to compete with. i live less than an hour from there and its like i live on a different planet. we make girls and guys sign a non disclosure agreement. we dont say you work for me, you dont say you work for me. no snap chatting on set, no pics of us on fb, twitter, whatever unless you are promoting me, as jayce lane and your twitter is set for your modeling. not with a bunch of our neighborhood friends. usually, just to make it easier, i just forbid it entirely. word spreads so fucking fast and BOOm you lose people bc they get about the 10th story and by that time its "hey there is this girl that lives on this street and she hires guys to shower in clothes and then fucks them after" yuuuuuup. drenchmedudes JUUUUUST started and i got THAT ONE. pffft. these dudes DO NOT WANNA FUCK ME. nor i them. i just think they are adorable! aint nothing wrong with that! alas, people are morons. most the time. most peopel i find that ARENT are around here.
