That man is a national treasure. "Postal" is one of the most underrated movies of all time.

The key to making a good video game movie, is to make one out of a game that doesn't have much story, lore, or background. This is why Postal worked, and why Rampage probably will too. There's no story to Rampage, you put a quarter in and smashed buildings and ate people in the windows.
