Has anyone ever tried sploshing with an item/items that you *thought* would be good going into it but ended up *so* bad that you had to shut it down mid-session?
I'd love to hear any funny stories. Personally, we'll never use ketchup or mustard for anything other than their intended purpose again!!!

I would be really concerned about the chemicals in something like that I try to stick to food and things used in cosmetic products like methylcellulose.

That doesn't surprise me too much, I'm just not that much of a masochist. I've used tiger balm on my nipples & pussy and that feels pretty great

I have literally never wanted something off of my skin so bad in my whole life...... I've changed fuel filters on cars and who the hell cared that I had gas numbing my arm as it ran coldly down to my elbow..... I have been pooped on (accidentally and no I didn't like it ).. but forget the fuck about mayonnaise ok???

I really really thought it would be great..... I saw mayo things done on Nickelodeon when I was young and it totally intrigued me but eeeewwwewewewewewwwwww.... not what I expected... and so the shower went on and I went back to my sweet stuff.

The first time I ever tried green sliming myself was with food .I didn't really consider what something would honestly taste and smell like. So I bought some green baby Gerber Food - a lot of it and poured it into a bucket and I slimed myself . Well I got myself excited because I thought it looked like slime. And Than I sampled it: well I never excepted baby food to taste so foul and disgusting!! I looked myself over and thought " damn at least this slime looks hot on me but damn it tastes awful."! I was able to have those minutes of my fetish happiness and than I couldn't wait to get the smell and taste of it off me. Lesson learnd: sample your gunge/slime ahead of time!

Not so much a problem with the substance itself but I once had a natrosol 3way but forgot to ensure that all of the windows were closed. The ensuing draught meant that we were all very cold within a few minutes of starting and I could tell the energy was draining away with the temperature. "This is too cold to be fun isn't it? Shall we go to the shower? It's warm."

Ditto the cold drraft making stiff too cold. Also stinky savoury stuff I have had to use the stopped as being sick isn't fun! Also had to stop when a pie applied too hard popped my nose ( you know who u are!!)

Thanks for the insight! I've always thought that mayo LOOKS like it would FEEL amazing. But, I don't even like it as a condiment... so I had never seriously considered it. Now, I don't even have a curiosity anymore!

The biggest mistake we made, was not cleaning up after a messy shoot the day before, and leaving the mess of eggs, flour and chocolate to stew overnight in the 80 degree Florida heat. The next morning the smell on my patio was so rancid one of my crew members did his impersonation of Robert Duvall in Apocalypse Now....

Well, I much rather be outdoors in the mud, but freezing cold winter, what are you going to do?!?

I tried homemade marshmallow fluff once. Great fun while warm, but then it started to cool down and set up... insanely sticky. Finally got to the point where I pulled the vinyl fitted sheet off the bed, so cut the session early and tried to wipe off a bit with the towels I pre-staged. They got instantly sticky and no real help, so I headed to the shower with a towel stuck to each foot.

Another time was trying tapioca flour mixed up to make a thick goo. Again, fun and slippery to play in while wet. After I was done, I decided to lay there an enjoy the feel for a while. Wound up falling asleep and waking up several hours later sort of stuck to the sheets! Again, into the shower to let the hot water soften everything up!

I had the same reaction to cheese sauce.

A bad flour mix early on really taught me and by bearded boyfriend about the joys of a nasty mess. That was years ago, though.

I also pulled the plug on a harsh ice cream punishment when my slave was showing signs of real displeasure from the cold. I knew it would be bad, so I filmed it. lol

I acquired a large quantity of the red 'sweet and sour' sauce that accompanies Chinese take away. My girlfriend at the time had to quit rapidly, as, for some reason, that stuff sucks the body heat right out of you, and we were both suddenly sticky and freezing.. and headed to the hot shower...

You just took me back! My very first splosh item with a gf was sweet and sour sauce. It wasn't on a grand scale but, at 17, having a gf with an amazing chest, who was totally down with the idea of having the sticky sauce poured on her nipples and licked/sucked off was... Incredible.

I've never abandoned a shoot because of substances, but I have cut a shoot short because the model just wasn't clicking.

One actor, who would have been Deon, an anchor for Splatter Island News Network (SINN) kept whining about his nose. He didn't want me to hurt his nose, and he didn't want stuff going up it. He refused to swallow his own saliva and kept spitting. He didn't follow instructions and looked down alot. After about 2 rounds, I was just ready to call it quits. So, I just cut it short, did the Splatter House, moved right on to the OneShot, and killed it. A shoot that normally lasts about 4 hours only lasted 1.5. He got paid, and the spiel about getting invited back, while I knew full well it wasn't going to happen again, thanked, and he left.

Eventually, I'm going to turn that into a lost episode. That was the only shoot I've ever had, in going on almost 50 episodes, where I was like, you know, I can't do this.

Since Lost Episodes aren't canon, I can reuse that character. Maybe some day soon, I'll have another newsperson from SINN.

The first time i tried to slime myself i must have been 11 or 12. I beg of you - don't use pancake batter! Some say if you add enough oil it won't make billions of tiny balls on your hairs - but I'm nit willing to risk it!

You mean like to go #1 or #2 or, as in the case of my species, #3, #4 & #5?

Yeah- first time we tried WAM as a couple: naked, lots of custard, I thought it was slightly cold but not too bad, girlfriend started shivering and needed a shower to warm up...

Lesson learned: make sure the room and substances are warm enough, and bear in mind that your partner may feel the cold more than you do! I think women, on average, tend to feel the cold a bit more than men for metabolic reasons.

Or it could be that they're skinnier on average. Don't know if that was the case here.

Ketchup is fun until you get the tiniest drop in your eyes.. OUCH! I used sour cream once, but the smell started to make me gag. Those were the two worst WAM experiences I had that made me stop.

Did think that lots of baby oil would be fun so had about 20 liters. So all fired up and it did feel great as the oil soaked into the clothes and rolling around felt awesome. At this point I decided to pour a jug fill over my head. At first all went well until I got some in my eyes.
You guessed it and got into my eyes, OMG it stung like mad. Only after did a think a pair of swimming goggles may have saved the day.

They say no pain no gain and it took hours before my eyes stopped stinging and to get my hair clean but fun and still think it was all worth it.
