With the gunge tank finally sorted, it was time to get it used. Elmo is its first victim. In this video, I name three songs by a band, and Elmo has to name the band. If she doesn't, she gets gunged. 40L of fluorescent pink, and cyan gunge hang above her head. Elmo looks incredibly hot in a sexy sailor outfit, and black heels, and even better covered in gunge. We decided to add a shoe filling video as well for all those who want it.
So, I finally sorted out all the tweaks with the gunge tank, and got it working. The video will be out soon, but I just want to say how incredible Elmo looks under all that gunge. There are 40L of gunge in that tank, and Elmo took it like a trooper. I look forward to you seeing the video, but for now, here's a clean tease.
Can't wait to see the video! I know in a previous thread you'd said you weren't happy with the opening size. How big did you end up going? Any chance of pics of your release mechanism?

It was 25mm with a bit of piping in there for the plug. It's now 40mm with no piping, and works a treat. It makes a bit of a bang when it's released, though which I've cut from the finished video. I'll get pictures when I can.
She does look great - amazing outfit. Great to see the shoes on too, as I prefer to see outfits that way (though I know there are plenty of barefoot fans too ) Can't wait to see this when it comes out
I previously warned you about the dangers of suspending a bucket over someone's head using just string, and while I'm pleased to see you have abandoned that crude method, you are making the same mistakes here.
A litre of WATER weighs 1 kg. So 40 litres of gunge weighs at least 40kg. The 'Heavy Duty Shelving unit' (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07R4P7G7Y/ ) you're using here is designed to hold up to 150kg on each of its 5 shelves, but this is because the weight is distributed evenly across the entire structure - and that structure includes ALL the shelves being in place.
What you're doing is removing all of the shelves, bar the top one, taking away all of that structural support and placing a huge amount of weight above someone's head. If you don't believe me, you will have noticed how flimsy and wobbly the entire structure felt when the gunge was in place? I assume no one dared touch the frame while the tank was loaded? If that's the case, then it proves my argument.
I appreciate you are trying to make good quality content - and your gunge consistency is great - I love the passion behind your setups. But seriously... If you care about that model, stop making these reckless devices and leave it to the professionals. Sooner or later someone is going to get seriously hurt, or worse.
There is nothing wrong with pouring gunge over someone's head by hand... it's a lot safer. Find safer ways to do this kind of thing.
The reason why the unit wobbled is because the plug was tight in its hole and difficult to pull out; an issue that will be dealt with before I use it again. Otherwise, it was absolutely fine to use. I tested it on myself beforehand with a smaller hole, and everything was fine.
I'm sure I said it last time, but if I felt like safety was an issue, you wouldn't be seeing these videos. I even showed it to other producers, and they didn't say anything like what you said.
I understand your concern, but please just assume that I'm looking at things that may cause an issue, and working on them. I do notice these things as well.
