I think that Florence Henderson might also have been one. I have one bookmarked video where she goes out of way to antagonize Mike Douglas (at least I think it's MD) into pieing her in the face, and then cheers when he does.

Can you post a link to that one? The only vid I saw of that was uploaded to YT & it was someone who used a shaky phone to make a recording of it & sucked.
