Long story short, I'm doing a shoot with myself and another model for my first bit of published content (coming soon). It's been requested that we use marshmallow pies.
The shoot's coming up and I don't want to waste tubs of fluff or the other model's time!
I was wondering what's the best way to use marshmallow fluff for the most aesthetic and messy pies?
If you are in the USA, we usually mix marshmallow fluff with generic whipped topping (Cool Whip). We do 2 large tubs of whipped topping to one large tub of marshmallow fluff. Good luck
If you have a GFS near you, you can use marshmallow cream it's a little more liquid, fill a pie pan with it or use it as a topper, We've used both with great results.

So like... 2 16 oz Cool Whipp tubs to one 8 oz jar of marshmallow fluff?
If you have a stand mixer, marshmallow or marshmallow fluff is easy to make. It's egg whites, salt, sugar, water and a touch of vanilla. There are all kinds of YouTube videos on how to make it. I have made it and it is simple. The best thing is you can control the consistency and quantity.

The marshmallow fluff we get comes in 16 ounce containers as well as the whipped topping. If you have an 8 ounce marshmallow fluff you would do a 1 to 1 ratio with the whipped topping
Really depends on the consistency you want, for thicker you could always mix it wit corn syrup if you want to retain the tackiness, otherwise good old fashioned warm water.
