"Bella Thorne caked"

First of all, she's 20 years old, is she considered minor here? In my country the age of majority is at 18. But I don't want to make a post to be deleted! 
There's a clip online from last october (aka her bday) where she plants her face into her bday cake. Also, another guy got caked, of course with better coverage, but Bella's coverage is really good. So... should I put the link here?

If it's the one that's everywhere online, then PLEASE don't post.... Because most of the cake winds up on Logan Paul, one of the most worthless people on the planet, and no reason to give him another 1000 views or so. 
If you have a separate clip that's not out there of Bella getting REALLY caked, then sure.

Well, it's obviously the clip you mention, but apparently not many people here saw it, and Bella's coverage it's pretty decent.

Well, I didn't know who was Logan Paul til yesterday. And even now I only know he's a youtuber. It's not my problem if u can take your eyes off of him instead of Bella.
Anyway I don't remeber seeing the clip here, or even an edited version of it or any pics, so I put it for those people like me that never saw it and are not distracted by this cute blonde guy

As distracting as cute blonde guys often are to me, the issue with Logan Paul is that he filmed himself and his friends dicking around in a Japanese forest well known for being the location of a lot of suicides, found a man who had recently hung himself, and continued to film his body and treat the situation as a joke, then uploaded that video to YouTube in order to profit off of this man's death, put ads on his apology video, and soon after released a video of him tasering dead rats. I'm not giving you shit for posting, you didn't know and that's fine. I'm just letting you know why most of us consider this guy scum.
Yep, this basically sums up my feelings too.
And while the girl is kind of outside all that, it's not like she's really the focus of the clip. This is basically a male WAM clip starring that DB, with a tiny glimpse of a female on the side.

Well, the video was pulled days ago, but the point is.... Very rarely do posters ASK to post a possible problematic video. Usually they just throw up the link and it's up to us (and mods) to correct their poor judgment.

You know, normally it's almost always a case of 1) someone not being aware of the rule or 2) someone not really acutely aware kids are even in it (they're in the background, with the uploader paying attention to an adult target or something).
I can't think of the last time there was a Marty Penn style situation with a grown man obsessed with little boys or children. Those types have generally been run out to the fringes of the community, hopefully unorganized and repenting the error of their ways.

I would agree with you, although this Double Dare revival has brought out the worst in a few folks.
This one particular clip felt like it went beyond the whole "accidental" thing. I get that we all grew up on Double Dare, but 4 minutes of highlights from a kids' show should've never even been considered for posting on here.
