Since I want to talk more non-wam on this page, has anyone seen The White Lotus on HBO?

Even though I prefer Season 2, the first season has at least one great wetlook moment with Alexandra Daddario. On the flip side, Season 2 has a badass opening title sequence.

Oh, I liked season one better. Partly that was because I felt like they went back to the same well with some of the stuff in season two. It felt weird to me to reuse one of the characters, and I felt like we already did the frustrated-gay-manager thing in the first season.

But I will say that I enjoyed the dynamic between the three generations of men in season two. The story there wasn't hugely original or anything, but they played well against each other both in terms of the writing and in terms of the acting. Also, it's just always a pleasure to watch Tom Hollander. He's so good all the time ^_^

I have finished season one and a few episodes into season 2, I think it's definitely worth a watch. Jennifer Coolidge is a great actress and I like the weirdness and surreal aspects.

My fave HBO thing though is Yellowjackets (with Christina Ricci and Juliette Lewis, Christina in particular is absolutely mind blowing as Misty!)

I've been meaning to watch Yellowjackets but I thought it was on Showtime?

I'm not sure, uk here and all HBO stuff is on a service called Now tv here but there's possibly other stuff on there too

Yellowjackets is worth it though. Right up there with faves of all time x

we are watching White Lotus as well. We are a couple of episodes into Season 2. Its an OK show. I wouldn't subscribe to HBO just for it though.
