Today we have Sky, Emily, Cassie and Casey, we have lots of squirty cream pies, The girls take in turns to pick up a pie and either pie themselves or pie another girl. Underneath the pie is a piece of paper with points on it. These points are added to either the girl if she pies herself or the girl she has pied. The points can be positive or negative. The girls get washed off briefly then come back wet ready for the results. The winner applies the mess to the losing girls, there is a jug of spaghetti, a bowl of gunge and a bowl of porridge.
But the camerawork wasn't the best during the game, So much zooms and pans, that you couldn't see much... It might have been a customer request to shoot that way, I don't know,
It stands out though in gameshows. As the Christmas updates were shot brilliantly, 7 minutes of wide angle, no camera moves and you can see everyone, everything at any time You know whats going on, what everyone is doing and how everyone is reacting.
People can zoom in at home....but you can't zoom out the camera from home

Generally on pie scenes we zoom in to show upper body and face while the girls receives a pie. This isn't just a dry gameshow scene its a messy game. So we try to show the girl receiving the pie and girls reactions. If a customs does not request certain angles we stick to what we normally do in our normal scenes
Personally, I'm all in favor of you guys "doing what you normally do" -- I much prefer to see relative closeups during pie hits.
