It's from a Canadian show called daily planet. They used to have it on their website, which is where I saw it, but I think they took it down, it was a mud festival. she actually stayed covered in mud for the rest of the segment. Which was pretty long.

Wow! She's cute and hot, and really got nailed with the mud! I would have loved to see the whole segment, with the mud drying on her the whole time!
