That is what I assumed. Editing a messing that is turning out to be over 30 minutes long (huge file size). Not sure what to do with it when it is done.

Open a store and put it up for sale? Your stuff is good.
If you can pass it off as a music video you'll be more likely to get away with it. Music videos often feature various combinations of rather skimpy outfits, lots of cleavage, explicit language, and sexually suggestive content while not only remaining up, being fully monetised bringing in the ad revenue. While other video types with more modest outfits and less implied sexuality will typically be demonatised (or restricted) for being "sexually explicit"
I'll second Dungeon's advice and say open a store- if it's good enough to sell people will likely buy. It'll help cover the cost of production. Youtube can still be a good host for free previews.
I have a lot of YouTube experience (especially with community guideline violations) and yeah - they'll age restrict it (especially in bra and panties). What you might be able to get away with in the future is framing something like a challenge video (like 'Fear Pong' which has had panty filling consequences, or this couple I saw who does "vs. each other" challenges where the loser spins a wheel and the girl ended up with slime down her pants in one episode) but even then you have to keep it non-explicit and YouTube can still give it grief if they catch on to the slightest bit that something's a fetish. The most common violation they'll send out is "sexual gratification" Seeing as this has already all been edited selling it through a store is probably the best idea indeed lol

Vimeo is a little more lax in its content moderation. I don't know if they'll still allow straight-up adult content on its public-facing searchable site, but they're good with hosting WAM with partial nudity. If for some reason you don't want to host your content here, that's a possibility.
Thanks for the input Not really interested in opening a store. We usually put the risque stuff on our profile and the tame stuff on YouTube, but this turned out to be a huge file! Even after editing and compressing it would take up too much of Messmaster's bandwidth (36 minutes/1.85 GB). It is part of a 7 part series we did. 5 of the scenes would probably be safe for YouTube, but 2 have panty filling
The main problem with youtube is you have bots that flag and people that flag and one is not talking to the other. The bots are super strict and auto-flag anything even stuff that the guidelines says is ok. Also, they seem to change what is allowed every few months. There are videos of a person in their undies getting pied right in the Ass that are still up and I have seen videos taken down of fully clothed people getting pied. People will just flag anything they don't like even a little bit because they are petty and the bots just go by what parameters they are set to.
