Let's have some fun, this will work better for the UK people but US guys you're welcome to join in.
You describe your ideal pie to me, what it looks like, tastes like, feels like thickness etc and whether it can be dairy etc. I will then work out a recipe to make something as close to your ideal as I can and post it. Then it's up to you if you want to try and make it or not
I like pies with a creamy top and a really gooey/gooey base, preferably a different colour. The smushing feeling is probably the most important followed by how it sticks to the face. I really enjoy sloppy custard or pudding cream pies. I especially like when the pie goop drops down into a person's chest or lap. I am a huge fan of Brattyshortcakes signature cherry pies too, they look amazing with the red and white. They also drip down everywhere.
The sloppier the better. It would be a fun experiment to see how many of those pies it takes to make me cum.

Harder with you being in Canada as unsure what you can get but let's go with:
A cracker base with vanilla pudding mixed with corn flour (that's what we call it in the UK) to thicken it a tin of BlackBerry pie filling and topped off with cool whip and flavoured syrup of your choice.
My ideal pies are simple. Shaving foam piled onto a paper plate or a foil tin, colours optional. I like my pies to give good coverage. I'd be curious to try Cool Whip but they don't sell it over here in the UK and I don't know what the British equivalent would be (Dream Topping maybe?)
It depends on what my partner is into at the time. The best pie for me is gooey and running, with a lot of coverage. Pudding inside, underbaked pumpkin filling, a creamy silk and more. I also like using fillings that aren't necessarily conventional. Hit my partner with a cheese pie and it covered her in an amazing layer and splattered wonderfully.
My ideal pie is something creamy and gooey, but sticky enough to achieve and maintain good coverage. It should not be so "stiff" that it doesn't splatter like real cream, but it should not be dairy based, because those just get gross after a while.
It should also be easy to make a lot of the mixture, and cleanup should be easy also.
I have a recipe I use now that a chef friend helped me to come up with. Had to do a little experimentation to get it perfect in my eyes, but I have it down to a science now.

Hey the closest to cool whip in the UK I have found is Mascarpone. You can also mix this with other ingredients to get something very similar.
You should try my basic recipe it's cheap and easy to make. Once you have that down you can mix with most.things

You have taken the US pie and improved on it definitely not an easy thing to do

What ones the big shaving foam ones?
They look a bit like that but somehow thicker and they really cover the target much more somehow. I bet they feel amazing.
Had a look and I think they add a bit of water and whip the shaving foam. Then more water and poster paint for the colours but that's a complete guess the coloured part could also be coloured cake batter
