If I was a messy producer, I'd absolutely have a patreon. I produce vids for another fetish and while I sell vids directly, I also have almost $1,000 a month in recurring income coming from my patreon, and it's growing literally every day. Over time it will completely replace my direct sales.

For a lot of us who had a big catalog pre-Patreon, our streaming memberships are basically the same idea. Older scenes available anytime to subscribers for one monthly fee, with different tiers depending on what you want. Kudos to MM and Soundguy for offering this option to us.... so we could offer this option to you!
As long as the fees are good, I'm not sure the platform matters. I had to find a solution that didn't give up a whopping 40% like clips4sale and other adult billing platforms. On Patreon, I pay a total of 10.9% (8% for Patreon, 2.9% credit card processing plus 30 cents per transaction.)
Patreon allows adult content - mine's adult and came out of review just fine. You cannot have videos featuring sex acts including masturbation and penetration also also cannot focus on genitalia but in general adult "light fetish" is fair game, including boobies.
