Does anyone know a good source of Xanthan Gum in the US? I have a shoot coming up on the 11th, I have some of the powder from messysupplies.com, but I'm worried I might not have enough, and if they can't ship it before the 7th it might not get here in time. So I'm hoping someone knows of a good supplier in the US.

You can buy it in many supermarkets in their health food sections. I see the "Bob's Red Mill" brand quite frequently there, though I've never bought it or used it for WAMMing purposes so I can't attest to its suitability for that...
