Found some YouTube demos under the search terms "nickelodeon slime glue gallon" but obviously can't post that kid stuff here. Looks like an additional "activator" may be needed? Having trouble finding more info. Anyway, below is a gif with some mom-hands involved. Doesn't look very sticky, but wouldn't mind sticking myself in it (as long as it's safe).
Based on the GIF, it looks like the old Nickelodeon GAK stuff that you could make out of borax at home. It ends up being more solid than not. Welp, gave me an excuse to stop by WalMart.
Looks like glue/borax slime, which you can make yourself at about $13 for 2 gallons. Recipes are easy to find, just scale up to use a full gallon of glue.
I have used my own many times, nice and thick but doesn't stick to the body well (maybe it would help if you mix it thin?). Keep out of hair (comes out of short hair fine, but I wouldn't get it into anything more than a few inches) and fabrics. If it gets on something you don't wanting in, add vinegar to turn it back into watered down glue for easier rinsing away.
i checked it out for myself today (that pic was sent to be by Morrgan) and its just colored glue! but the pink is incredible!!!! im definitely going to get a gallon sometime! tho at the walmart i went to it was 19.99, yikes!
