Good day all. Today is World Mental Health Day. I just want to make a wee post to anyone out there suffering from any kind of mental health issues.
* You're better than you give yourself credit for * You are worth the time and effort * You matter * You deserve to be loved * You rock!!!!
If you are suffering from any mental health related issue, please don't suffer in silence. Talk to people. Friends, family, partners, spouses. Hell, talk to me if you need to. But, most importantly, talk to your doctor. IT's good to talk and it's ok not to be ok.
I'll post some links to some UK based charities that can help you with any mental health issues and, if anyone from any other part of the world wants to post some from their country, that'd be great too.
