Today is World Mental Health Day. Almost all of us have suffered from some kind of mental health issue at some point in our life. While there have been improvements in services for mental health, there is still a long way to go and there is still a hefty stigma attached to it. There have been many successful campaigns in the last couple of years to help that. #ItsOKNotToBeOK and Men-tal Health (a campaign aimed at preventing male suicide) have all had a lot of success in breaking the taboo associated with mental health. If anyone on here is suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, any mental health condition, please don't suffer in silence. Talk to someone. Talk to family members. Talk to close friends. Talk to your doctor. Talk to charities such as the Samaritans or Breathing Space. Hell, talk to me if you want. There is someone out there who will listen Thanks for reading, and remember. You're all awesome
