This probably won't interest most people here but the international series FBoy Island has numerous examples of girls humiliating boys in messy ways. The format is 3 girls and a whole bunch of guys. The 3 girls are like the queens in control and grill the guys with questions and possibly challenges. They pull strings attached to buckets of water and dump the water over their heads, they squirt them with water guns. There also seemed to be some kind of messy wrestling thing in one of them. And there was an episode in Australia with a great pie in the face round. I'm wondering if the pie game is in other seasons or countries. I haven't found any evidence yet.

Similar to Love Island, there's series in multiple countries. USA, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, and Espana, maybe more.

Australia S1 E3 has a kiss, marry pie game where the three very sexy girls grill all the guys with questions and decide who to kiss, marry and pie, They apparently call the guys up three at a time for each girl and the scene went on for ever (apparently) so there's lots of pieings out there to be captured.

Thanks for posting. This is not to switch shows but to show more girls pieing lucky guys. There are two pies of heaping whipping cream at about 1:00 and 2:50 here.
Could've used a bit of gooey pie filling though. The standard supermarket whipping cream by itself does not cover the face like good filling or chocolate sauce.
