Now that the phenomenon that is the ALS IBC is slowly dying down, the question begs:

Will it return in 2015?

Yes and every year after that. Until there is a cure

My question is: will it continue through the winter with people doing it outside in the snow?

The only way I see it coming back is if they declare August the official ALS awareness month or something. But I doubt it will be as big as it was this year, unless the drought in California miraculously ends. Too many people complaining about the water usage. What I find funny is no one spoke out about the drought, until people actually started using water for charity. When it was just for their recreational pools and hot tubs, it was perfectly okay to waste water, smh.
