While outside contemplating ideas for our next shoot, I hear the ice cream van drive by. It had me thinking about doing a shoot with a "pie van" that would serve cream pies to the faces of all the pretty female customers. Then I recall a hot rod model kit I had in the late 60s, yes I'm that old, called the Pie Wagon. I remember it had a back door with a full rack of pies and the logo on side was Mother's Cherry Pies. Did anyone also have this model kit?

I never heard of it, but it seems like a rather elaborate contraption just to carry pies in. Was it refrigerated?
