I remember seeing this long ago and I believe that is in an ice cream parlour and that is ice cream not a pie.

It is neither ice cream nor a pie, but a full size cake, and she gets nailed really hard in this comedy film. It is not on Youtube so I put the clip on my Tik Tok channel because YT always takes down my tv and movie clips and Tik Tok is more tolerant of clips....
