Oh, I love this. Apparently, getting "creamed" is part of this wrestler's schtik. He brings cans of whipped cream into the ring during every match and sprays it into the mouths and onto the bodies of his opponents. Based off the videos from Youtube, it seems his opponents often turn the tables and he ends up covered in cream including in his face and down the trunks. His nickname is "the head of the dessert table", so it's possible there are other photos or videos of him getting messy with pies or cake. It's all played as slapstick comedy with a a nod to a double entendre.
I know that "tar and feather" and "whipped cream" matches are both a thing in (especially southern) professional wrestling. I've often wondered if there are any "adults only" matches/performances that involve pantsing (so that the losers end up bareass naked in front of the entire audience) or other slightly "edgier" humiliation.
