It's most likely the model filmed this herself as a custom for a fellow wammer. Wammers are fans of all kinds of models from other sites or just random women from social media they want to see pied, so they'll reach out to them to ask if they'll do a custom and request it. They always look like this, sitting in a tub or standing in the shower and taking one pie to the face. She could be anyone from anywhere, not specifically from here or by a producer from here.
