They were available briefly about seven or eight years ago, we have two pairs in adult size 8 and I think MostWAM got some of the same kind about the same time. We still have ours and use them from time to time though most recent sets have used Hunters instead, but by co-incidence the scene I've just queued for release on Saturation Hall, photos aleady up and video going live later today, featured Friday and Honeysuckle wearing both pairs and filling the boots with custard and cream while wearing them.
Not finding anything similar on a casual search at the moment, though it's possible they might make a come-back when festivals return, next year. The idea of them was you could get special welly socks to wear with them to completely change your look with just the one pair of boots, but of course they are also ideal wam-wear as you can watch them fill up with goo.
Only available in little kid sizes, biggest they do is US size 3 which is UK size 2. Most adult female WAM models will have feet between a UK 5 and UK 8.
