It's astonishingly concentrated ground metal powder. It looks ridiculous (I didn't believe it until I tried it and bought more than one) but one tiny container is more than enough in a litre of two of oil (and it must be and only oil!) to get the colour and opacity to achieve the effect you've illustrated in those photos.
By the way, for putting it in your mouth and eyes you'd be better with olive or coconut oil. Mouth and eyes exposure is hardcore, at 'own risk' territory. Test it first and don't do it too often.
