Metallic powder like mehron metallic gold, mixed with coconut oil or baby oil. Find the proportions that suit you best. You can paint entire body, including eyes, withouth worries. Have fun
I had tried Mehron long ago. Found better value from an art supplier . Recently I tried from AliExpress. Search, Bronze Pigment Powder. I was happy with it. You can find finer grades but this was nice mixed with mineral oil. I found it cheap at Walmart used for constipation. So I bought a few at one store and thought. I need more. Had half a kilo of gold powder and used 2.5 liters oil total. Mixed thicker to start. I don't know, I have never tried milk paint but have been curious. Something that was like a paint substitute I discovered. I have liked playing in lotion, so I decided to try mixing in some titanium dioxide I got on Amazon. There are food grades and clean grades available. You have to work the pigment in and mash the lumps out. Then it become a smooth white coating. The titanium dioxide won't mix in water. You need an oil component to emulsify it. Lotion works well. You could try experimenting with other mice or pigments dissolved in mineral oil. There are many earth tones that are safe and inert. Bright colors can be toxic pr synthetic. There are some non toxic blues out there. I did research before. Something I tried a few times before is X Lube , that is a powdered water based lubricant. I was looking for something good to make a slime and tint it. So lotion, lube and mica pigment powder on amazing were mixed together. It was nice and colorful. Stained the caulking a bit and where it hit the cupboard. Didn't stain or bother me. Another time I got stained a little blue. I take methylene blue as a supplement, this is a synthetic dye with unique health benefits too us. I is beneficial to mitochondria and other good things. So I added some to the lotion slime mix. Stayed awhile become it's money for all this too , lol. So it stained me. Stayed in the weekend. I like lotion more often, the smell and texture, and it's easy to clean. Recently started using Nivea Smooth, and Firming. The paint is a bit of work to clean up, but really fun. So not to often for me. Yet the price is good from AliExpress for another soon. Use plastic drop sheets and extra light around. I stick with incandescent old school bulbs around the house. Nice light. Some LED in the warm spectrum. The white is too high in blue, harmful. Protect your eyes.
