I have tried Firefox and Chrome and when I click the "chat" button, nothing pops up and nothing happens. I'm on an S23. Is there a different phone browser I can use that should work with chat?
I have a cheap Android with whatever version of chrome was available a year or so ago and it works. Do you have your profile preferences set up to show the chat bar at the bottom of the screen and have it enabled for mobile use?
