Historically, my content has been focused on me getting messy (I'm male). But I had a female acquaintance reach out and show interest in getting messy, and I'm trying to find a way for her to scratch that itch, whether it's with me or another local producer.

She's fully aware about the fetish aspect to this, and she'll be paid as any model would. But though she has some acting experience, she hasn't done anything like this before.

So as someone who doesn't really produce scenes for the female WAM market, I'd like to know what matters most to you.

I'm not asking about the mess; if she goes through with this, she'd be getting the standard pies and slime treatment to ease her into it - I doubt she'd want to get very extreme right off the bat.

But in terms of reactions, outfits, acting chops, plot, or anything else, what makes a video by a rookie (especially a likely nervous one) an insta-buy for you?

As someone who thinks your pies are top notch, like really in the top 5% of pies on UMD, but also as someone who isn't into male WAM, I am very much excited for this!

I think for me, the best acting, especially with amateurs, is whatever is most natural. So whatever your friend feels like is most natural for her should be the starting point for her reaction to the mess. Especially given she's a newbie to messy modeling, whatever makes her most comfortable is where I'd start.

So, is she naturally flirty? Sarcastic? Sexy? Chipper? Sulky? I mean, setting aside the scene and camera, for me it's really as simple as, "If I throw this pie in your face, what's your immediate reaction?"

If she's someone who will say, "I can't believe you just did that!" and obviously the scene demands her being hit again, there's your angle: sulky/incredulous model feigns outrage.

If, after being pied, she'd naturally lick her lips and say, "Give me another pie," that's the other angle: model has the time of her life getting decked with pies.

I don't sell videos of my own, but this fetish can be tough to coach. My completely unqualified advice is to start with whatever is natural to her and go from there.

And I will say again that I am VERY excited to see the results!

The instant buys in a rookie are the same as a pro. I honestly find dealing with 'rookies' even easier in some aspects, and pro models can sometimes be a bit of a handful in their own way. Vast generalization, but here's some qualities I would try to achieve:

- Enthusiasm. Is she excited and hyped up to get messy? Let those reactions be genuine and let them be big and bold. Tell her that there's really no such thing as being over expressive in a wam shoot.
- Fun vs. humiliating. Find your niche on this one, and roll with it. Some like fun, some like humiliation, some like both. You will not make both sides happy though in one shoot.
- Attractive woman, in an attractive or revealing outfit. Will leave this to interpretation. Bonus if she loses the clothes, but if the outfit stays on, should at least show the best features of her.
- Good quality and quantity of mess
- Make what you like. Death by committee will get you no supports and no sales. You will not please everyone, but that's ok! Make something that YOU want to create!

Pictures of some of my favorites amateurs, true first timers to any online video modeling at all, and they nailed it! Jessica Milano, Marilyn, Angel Blue, and Sloane.

I'm not trying to be negative here but I don't always understand threads like this because you're more than likely going to get a whole lot of responses that almost all differ from one another. Some might want to see a model laughing/having a good time and loving it like Pains from PortCity. Some want a more shocked/stunned reaction like some of the models you may see in Slapstickstuff and Messygirl shoots. Some want a bitchy or "I don't deserve this!" reaction. Some just want to see a defeated model. Some just want the models real reaction, whatever it may be. And I don't want to speak too much for the actual producers here but I feel like there's a reason most outfit asks are responded to with a, "if you want to see that outfit, order as custom" response. I absolutely do not envy any producer here as this community definitely seems tough to fully cater to at times lol.

With that being said though, again, I'm not trying to be negative here and I'm very interested to see what you make. Especially as I've always loved the pies you make. And I'll just say that the most common scenes I see that seemingly have success, since I don't have the exact numbers, are scenes that lean a bit more into the fun side of wam with some lighthearted elements mixed in. I would say at least for the first scene you could try to include this being a new thing to her into the plot, maybe make it a surprise or plot twist that something she says gets her hit with the first pie. Or earns her that slime. It does seem like SlapstickStuff or The Man, The Wife model of newbies getting "surprised" in their first scene tends to be a hit but that's just what it seems like to me.

At the end of the day I'm just excited to see new scenes and new faces! And I look forward to seeing her first scene, however you choose to make it.

I always ask the models that I work with to give an honest reaction the first time they get pied, and to be expressive as possible. I realize Anglefan, Slapstickstuff, and Messygirl, etc have been doing this for decades. I'm not trying to clone anyone, and I'd like my content to standout.

I love the raw, honest reaction of someone getting messy for the first time, and you'll find a number of opinions, but those genuine reactions are also the types of videos that end up being bestsellers.

Slapstickstuff and The Man The Wife The Store do great scripted scenes even when they have someone for the first time, but even then a lot of the fun is the model's genuine reactions in between the script.

Be organised and plan the practical aspects meticulously and prepare everything you can as far in advance as reasonably possible.

Be model focussed during the shoot.

Give them a mirror or a fold back monitor to look at themselves in, keep them warm and comfortable and discuss any on-camera physical interactions, permissions model releases beforehand.

You will be looked to for all the answers. You are in charge and responsible. Have fun!

Oh! Here's a small one: Avoid making announcements to the community about anticipated happenings/events before they've happened. I've noticed even the biggest legends in WAM fall foul of this temptation from time to time. People have the memories of goldfish - except for these announcements

With "rookies" I have found is the key is control, making them feel at ease and letting them kinda run the show.

Most of my shoots have been "rookies" Sploshmuffins first was totally her thing, numerous consultations about outfits, how it would feel etc etc.

Sometimes you can tell the dollar merchants and the ones for fun a mile off. Each have very different and sometimes non compatible so you have to adept to it.

Take Gloria, she's a 9-5 office worker. Then at the weekend, she plays in latex and gets gunged on occasion!

For me it's about reactions that give a sense of the model's "personality".

These can be genuine or acted, but they have to feel natural and as an extension of the model. So it could be enjoyment or humiliation or playful or serious or nervous as long as the feel isn't "flat".

The other thing I like in new amateur models, is to have there be a brief lead-in and lead-out to the main mess of the scene. E.g. a couple of quick questions about how they're feeling about what's coming while clean, then a follow-up about how they feel at the end and short goodbye. Again, even if these are scripted / staged, it gives a feeling of realism, that this is someone who's just had their first messy experience.

Thanks for everyone's honest replies so far! I had a feeling this would be a lively discussion. To address a few things people mentioned:

I definitely won't try to make a Frankenstein video to try to please everyone. With my past experience doing male stuff, I know I can't make everyone happy.

This post was also to see if what people like is beyond my capability. I know a couple of other producers who might have a ball with this person, so if it would be better to send her to them, I'd rather do that than do something outside my wheelhouse.

There are also a couple of brilliant things I hadn't thought of, including quick before/after scenes - this is something I love when SlapstickStuff brings in rookies. A mirror to look at herself and how messy she is during the shoot is a stellar idea as well.

Finally, someone brought up a good point to not build this up unless it already happened. I can sense she's still uncertain about this, and I don't want to pressure her.

Safe to say that if she does go through with this with me, she'd definitely be getting all of my world famous pies that she can handle

I agree with most of the sentiments here: I'm into genuine reactions! My favorite models have always been the genuine WAMmers.

Whatever she's into should dictate the scene. WAM can be a lot of things - slapstick, humiliation, etc. - but the most important thing for me is that the model is comfortable and enjoying their WAM experience (even if it's humiliating).

Echoing what others have said, I personally enjoy genuine and real reactions (whatever they may be) compared to scripted scenes. Unfortunately, I don't have the time or resources to get messy myself as often as I'd like (hardly ever lol), with reality and responsibilities and all that getting in the way. So scenes where I can imagine myself as the participant and experiencing it as they would are particularly interesting for me.

That's where the realism and genuine reactions come in. It's great to get to know someone's personality, their thoughts leading up to the experience (excitement, nervousness, etc.) and some of that buildup and anticipation is the most erotic to me. Also, their reactions throughout and thoughts afterwards just add to it as well.

First time warmers and models make incredible videos and I'm always interested in watching newbies get to experience it for the first time!
