With Halloween not far away and known for a time of dressing up in fancy dress, thought see what is the best Halloween sessions you've had?

For me at work my boss who incorporated some WAM Games I'd say into Halloween in particular, had decided to up the ante as it were for this particular Halloween event.

All the staff were nominated for a rainbow gunging. With each colour a mix of things from custard for yellow and mint ice cream for green for example so it would be a weird concoction in each bucket.

That Halloween I decided to crossdress and my outfit of choice was a black leather suit, with a long leather jacket, instead of a conventional leather blazer, black shirt, black leather trousers and black patent Mary Jane heels.

I had done my hair, accessories and makeup accordingly too, so I had made an effort, even though there was a chance I was getting gunged.

We had a sizeable paddling pool put in place with a stool in it so the aim was nothing got missed. When came to announcing who was getting gunged, the staff members who were missing out, became evident early was a 3 person vote, me, a colleague dressed similar to me but in a red satin business suit and heels & my boss, dressed as Carrie.

In the end I won the vote by just a couple of votes, so took my place in the pool and sitting on the stool.

Initially I thought it would just be the buckets I'd be covered in, but we still had leftover bottles of dessert sauces, golden syrup, honey, then cans of foam & cream too, so I was going to be extremely messy.

Those initial cans & bottles were used first to ensure not only was I sticky and messy but a perfect starting point for my heels in particular to be messy as shoe filling was first on the agenda. So as the mess went in and on my heels, jacket, shirt and trousers, it setup for each bucket of mess afterwards. With covered in everything from tomato sauce, mustard, custard, mint ice cream to gunge, I was an absolute mess. I might have been pristine before I took a seat on the stool, but by the end, I had 1 very caked in mess leather suit and heels. As I played in the mess too so nothing was missed but in terms of WAM moments, this is 1 session that became a highlight in an unexpected way.

I got washed down by a hose initially as we did the mess outside and had put the mess in a special space so could be disposed of safely, once I was washed off, had a warm shower fully clothed to try help with any smell on me and just a cleanup before the outfit and heels was given another wash.

At the time of the session we had taken photos and videos of it, but never shared publicly due to the nature of work and so forth, so just something for us to always look back at.

In regards to the suit and heels itself, if survived the ordeal, it did and was something which I ended up wearing for a number of years still for sessions and became one of my favourite outfits for a while.
