They were on youtube a year or two ago...multiple versions of the same 'skit': a Ron Burgandy type anchor would toss to the girl at the weather wall who would then get pelted with different items which were meant to match up with what she was forecasting. I want to say it was an Aussie kids show, but I'm not sure. (disclaimer: no kids involved).
I was thinking of these myself. I think they were from New Zealand but I can't recall other details. Some of the targets get really nicely foamed, too.

No I'm not. It wasn't Holly. It was a different girl every time. The outfits were very 70's/retro, and like I said--everytime time a Ron Burgandy-type character introduced them. same set up and same guy everytime. Only the girl changed.
I think the YouTube account that uploaded those videos is called John Doe and every video he has is unlisted, so you need a link. Your best bet is to look through the old TG finds page, pretty sure that's where it was posted first.
Those clips from "Whatnow" are hilarious! Every weathergirl gets invited to lunch, and when they refuse, they get fired, and a new one is brought in! And they all get pretty messy!
