Heya all, there's a type of slime that I've been seeing in the community for a while now - water mixed with shaving cream. It looks like it gives the nice fluffy, creaminess of shaving foam, but in a format that can be poured and flows.
What I haven't seen in the community, is a recipe for this! I know it's not exactly complex, but I wanna try it and so I want to know what proportion of shaving cream to water people find best.
There's not really a fixed recipe. When I've made it in the past I emptied a can of shaving foam into a bucket then slowly started adding water until you get the consistency you want. If you want to have a bit more fun you can mix a bit of food colouring in with the water. You can do it by hand with a whisk but it's easier with an electric one.
To piggy back off the other responses I'd like to add, you'll need to use it pretty soon after you mix it up. Say you're making a bunch of stuff for a session, it should be the last thing you make. If it sits for a bit, it'll separate and you'll have a bunch of water sitting at the bottom and then you pour it, comes out looking nice, then bam water comes out and ruins the slime.
