As mentioned in the post, the pie fight is from the 2004 special episode of Japanese TV series "Let's go ONSEN".
The series is currently being re-broadcasted in excellent quality (remastered 1080p) by Japanese TBS, and the episode in question was just today uploaded on their website.
It's geo-restricted to Japan, so you might need a Japanese proxy.
