So apparently during filming of the movie "Spin me Round" Aubrey Plaza convinced the cast that it was custom to get pied in the face when filming wrapped. One of the stars, Ayden Mayeri posted a short vid on her Instagram of some of the people getting pied, male and female. Not great coverage but some famous people getting messy. Even Aubrey gets some pie in her face
Supposedly Abbott & Costello had major pie fights with the cast and crew after filming wraped up on their movies. Also, Ron Howard early in his directing career. I don't know of any clips or stills of any of these.
