From googling the executive producers, it looks like it's from a short lived series with Sandra Bullock called "Working Girl" http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0098951/ The only other clips I see on YouTube are non-messy ones like one titled "Sandra Bullock and Nana Visitor in Working Girl - TV Series (1990)".

Actually I believe it's Buffalo Bill, with a young Geena Davis seated there and Joanna Cassidy getting the pie.
