Hmmm I've always been a fan of when someone is forced to stay in their messy state for a prolonged period of time, like being locked in the pillory or tied to a chair and left there for ages! Maybe you could include something like that?

The MITB forfeit is as follows: Not only does the MITB briefcase hold a contract for a title match, it also holds a slip of paper with a nasty messy forfeit on it. The winner not only gets the contract, but the right to hand out this nasty forfeit to one of the other competitors in the MITB match!
