For info I just scanned thru the 1952-1956 tv series "My Little Margie" (aka Oh Susannah) with Gale Storm, and there are 2 noteworthy messy scenes. The first one, the cake fight has been reported on before by Hurley, but this is a much better copy than seen before. The 2nd scene from season 4 has not been reported before and involves Gale having a messy chocolate fight with 2 guys. throwing cups filled with chocolate sauce on each other.

The latter scene reminds of the latest games today where people have water battles and throw cups of water on each other. Who would have thought that 65 years ago they once did the same game with cups filled with chocolate sauce.
