Since a whole lot of people these days spend a good chunk of their days on various social media platforms I figured it might be easier for some of you to keep track of new video updates on some of those sites as well as here on the UMD. The bottom line is, we want to be in your face for every waking moment
To facilitate that lofty goal, I created some new bots to scour the Vidown databases every day and post the latest updates to our accounts on those other platforms in the form of abbreviated announcements. We have decided to use Reddit and Twitter exclusively for now, as both platforms allow multiple accounts and don't require any real names or personal information. That makes it easier to create a profile just for your porn habits or weird interests. I figured nobody wants fetish updates plastered all over their Facebook feed where grandma can see them, so we are not going there any time soon. FB is horribly anti porn/anti nudity so that and Instagram are really non-starters for this type of thing.
Even if you don't want to follow or subscribe to our feeds, you can just create a desktop shortcut to these URLs and drop by once in awhile to see whats new.
On Reddit, we're at r/Vidown and if you are logged in, you can comment on individual threads. Only the vendors and I can post new topics there for now. I f you are logged in, be sure to upvote everything so we can gather those sweet sweet karma points Here's the direct URL

Both of these accounts cover most of the vendors and fetishes we handle, so you might find some new stuff there if more than one genre trips your trigger. Still working on being able to post pictures using the API interfaces, but that's coming eventually. Enjoy!
