I can't stress enough that this is a very minor foam splat scene. But it was on the Jerry Lewis Show (with his attitude about women in comedy, I was surprised).
The original scene was on season 1 episode 8 (Sidney Has a Birthday) but I found the scene on youtube mooshed into a different episode (mooshed is an official Hollywood term).

His attitude and ego were perfectly on display here.....i.e. not too much mess on the lady or else she might get more laughs than I get....because I am the star of the show and will not allow anybody else to upstage me. Milton Berle had the same attitude as well (women are not funny so only I should get the laughs).
To be fair though, Lucy was just as protective of her role on her tv series as well....i.e. she forced Vivian Vance to cut her hair and put on weight to look like she was older than she actually was....and so Lucy dumbed down Vivian's looks and placed those requirements in Viv's contract because she did not want former chorus girl Vivian to look younger or more attractive than she was.
Dean Martin was a laid back easy going guy who split with Jerry Lewis because he could no longer put up with Jerry's egomania. Dean was really funny (especially with Foster Brooks) but I would bet $10,000 that I could sit thru a marathon of Jerry Lewis films and not find anything to laugh at. In the UK we had our own version of Jerry Lewis, called Norman Wisdom....that I found hysterical...but Jerry Lewis for some reason is only regarded as a comic genius by French people. The French are the only ones who think Jerry was the next Chaplin.....which is like David Hasselhoff....i.e. the only people who think David Hasselhoff is a rock star singer and can fill music stadiums....are the Germans....go figure.
I bought a Roku Ultra to start streaming my TV and cut my cable. On my Roku I found the Tubi channel and have been addicted ever since. One of my better decisions.
On Tubi I found:
1) older shows I've seen (Ernie Kovacs, Red Skelton, Colgate Comedy Hour with Abbot and Costello as well as Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis, Laugh In),
2) shows I've heard about but never seen (The Jerry Lewis Show) and
3) shows I have never even heard about (The Mothers in Law, My Living Doll).
I found The Jerry Lewis Show and thought I would catch a few episodes and the above clips hit him. It was such a tiny scene. I debated even looking for it on YouTube and posting it.
Hopefully I can find a few other "never known" scenes while watching some classic comedy.

I wish Jerry had the same penchant for pieing women as he did for taking pies himself. I swear I've seen 2-3 clips of him getting absolutely destroyed, without even looking for them.
